Bruntsfield: The Secrets of Edinburgh's South Side

Edinburgh is the perfect spot for tourists, Scotlands' Capital City hosts beautiful historic buildings, some of the best eateries in the UK, mountains, seascapes and of course a huge variety of shops and traditional markets.

We are not here to tell you about the well known areas of the city, ones you might find on a blog "3 days in Edinburgh" listing the Grassmarket, Arthurs Seat, Old Town and even New town spots. We are here to tell you about the unknown, the un-blogged. Yet the absolute hidden gems of Edinburgh.

Reader, meet Bruntsfield. Set in the south of Edinburgh, surrounded by the greenery of The Bruntsfield Links, a public 36 hole pitch and putt and beautiful tenement buildings facing towards the castle and Arthurs seat. Just a stones throw from the city centre it is where the locals live, and we are proud to have our first pop up shop here.

Walking through the Links, you will often see outdoor fitness classes, people on their bikes, runners and dog walkers: no matter what the weather and this is Edinburgh so expect ALL weathers. The energetic locals is one of the reasons we came to Bruntsfield, the locals LOVE our fleeces, sports leggings and beanies (needed all year round).

We are located on 140 Bruntsfield place next to the best coffee Artisan Roast and would love to see you, but there are so many more shops and eateries to lure you this way.
