1:1 pilates •Sessions are specifically tailored to your needs and ability as well as your schedule. •Also included is all the online zoom classes you can access all these classes. •For a beginner we will work through posture and alignment, understand the importance of core control and implement methods to increase flexibility, strengthen and encourage balance. •we will work through the class and layer on options and flow through the postures •the aim is to teach you to understand what works for your body. Pilates compliments other exercises and motivates health and wellbeing. *Each session is 50 minutes and the block 4 should be used within 6 weeks (unless otherwise arranged)
