Barre sessions are based on the principles of Ballet and Pilates. This class is predominately standing and you will need a chair to lean on. There may be some additional pieces of equipment such as light weights, a resistance band or a pilates over ball, but there are always alternatives if you do not have these. The class is aimed more towards beginners, there will be options to make it more difficult though. The session is super fun, excellent for toning and strengthening and compliments pilates classes well.
